Meet Laura McIntosh — Your Personal Guide to Fitness & Recovery

Welcome to Laura McIntosh Coaching & Recovery. I’m Laura McIntosh, a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist. I provide tailored one to one and two to one personal training sessions designed to help you achieve your own health and fitness goals.

Being a mum of two young kids I recognise the challenges that many face getting back into fitness and I am here to help anyone that is in the position i once was. My goal is to make the experience fun, challenging and empowering. Providing ongoing support and motivation to achieve success.

Alongside structured coaching, I also offer professional sports massage therapy to aid recovery, reduce muscle tension and improve overall performance.

Can I train with a friend in a two-to-one session?

Yes, absolutely. Two-to-one sessions are a great way to stay motivated while sharing the experience with a workout buddy. Laura ensures both clients get individual attention and a fun, effective session.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy for sessions?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booked session. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full. This helps keep sessions fair and available for all clients.
